A snickerdoodle built for warm weather. Soft and chewy under a cinnamon-sugar crackle, kissed with toasted coconut and swirled through with a cinnamon horchata reduction for a sunny bite. Browned butter, a little rice-milk horchata, and plenty of Ceylon cinnamon.
